Description
Our fortnightly meditation class offers a sanctuary for your mind and spirit to find peace, and shift gears, as you move into the weekend. As you settle into a comfortable position, sitting or lying down, close your eyes, and focus on your breath, allow yourself to be present in the moment, and follow Ema’s guidance.
No experience required - suitable for all levels.
