No experience required. This is a 1-hour remote 121 session in the comfort of your own home. Take control of your life, stop the effects of stress and reactivity from holding you back, and start to move forward on your own path, towards your personal goals. Allow me to create for you a bespoke therapeutic meditation, specifically tailored to your needs, level of experience, and your own strengths and preferred style. Using therapeutic meditation can help you begin to gently release long-standing blockers and unhelpful habits, deal with any long-standing issues that have been holding you back, and support you in your own meditation practice. This is a powerful tool that once learned, with a commitment to your regular practice, you will be able to continue using and growing, for the rest of your life.

For rescheduling requests made 5 working days before an appointment or earlier, there is no cancellation fee, and the deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.. Please note that deposits are non-refundable, other than when we cancel a session, in which case you will be offered a full refund of all monies already paid for the cancelled treatment, including deposit amounts. For an in-clinic appointment, where a change/cancellation is made between 5 working days and 48h before a booking, a standard 50% charge will be applied, to cover any room hire cancellation charges applied by the venue, as well as making changes. For at-home appointments, cancellations up to 3 working days beforehand will receive a full refund. Cancellations 2-3 days before a scheduled appointment will have a 50% refund, and where 24h or less before an appointment time will not receive a refund (unless at the practitioner's discretion).
