Reiki 1

A 2-day course in Warrington, taught by Reiki Master Ema Melanaphy. You'll receive a certificate of completion, a copy of your own Reiki Lineage going back to Mikao Usui (the founder of Usui Shiki Ryoho and Usui Reiki Ryoho) and a Reiki 1 manual.

This course is a full 2 days, and will give you 12+ hours of face to face classroom time with your teacher, which meets and exceeds the UK Reiki Federation's recommended minimum "supervised learning" time of 10 hours for Reiki 1. 

You will learn about the basics of energy work theory, the history of Reiki, and its development and changes, and the legal and ethical considerations and requirements around using Reiki. You will learn how to use Reiki in meditation and in other ways in your life, and will practise energy work skill development techniques. You'll also learn how to use Reiki to treat yourself, and will carry out a self-treatment as well as treating another person, during this 2-day course. 

Tea, coffee, water and snacks will be provided for both days. Please bring your own packed lunch.
