Step out of the everyday demands and busy-ness of life, and reconnect with your true self. This event is all about supporting you to find what nourishes you best; giving you the tools to maintain your own unique Self-care practice.
Daily Yoga classes, QiGong classes, Acupressure workshop, and bookable treatments in the therapy room, from our team of Holistic Wellbeing professionals. All meals provided, and lovingly prepared by the centre's on-site chef, with beautiful organic, local, seasonal produce, and a menu designed to delight the eye and palate, as well as nourishing and reviving the body.

This ticket includes transport to the retreat centre from Croydon Train Station on the morning of 5th November 2022, and the return journey on 8th. Transport is by minibus, and includes the cost of Eurotunnel. Please provide the documentation and information requested by the organisers, by the deadline.
