In this interaception meditation, we connect with the three burning spaces of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Simply by bringing our consciousness into each of these spaces, we can offer ourselves open-hearted companionship, support and listening, and deep healing. At the same time, we can receive important information about our deepest (often hidden) needs, and so begin to meet them.
