Mobile 121 Meditation Therapy
Use the power of meditation to achieve your goals.
Περιγραφή υπηρεσίας
No experience required. This is a 1-hour mobile 121 session in the comfort of your own home. Take control of your life, stop the effects of stress and reactivity from holding you back, and start to move forward on your own path, towards your personal goals, including healing from past experiences or releasing old, unhelpful patterns which no longer serve you. Allow me to create for you a bespoke therapeutic meditation, specifically tailored to your needs, level of experience, and your own strengths and preferred style. Using therapeutic meditation can help you begin to gently release long-standing blockers and unhelpful habits, deal with any long-standing issues that have been holding you back, and support you in your own meditation practice. This is a powerful tool that once learned, with a commitment to your regular practice, you will be able to continue using and growing, for the rest of your life. You also have the option of receiving a recording of your meditation, to use after the treatment - maximising the benefit of your session, and continuing your progress in your own time, and at your own pace. (Treatments within 5-mile radius of St Helens have no additional travel charge. Between 5-20 miles, a surcharge of 45 pence per mile is payable (minus the 5 mile radius). If you'd like to book a treatment further than 20 miles from St Helens, please contact us to make arrangements and receive a quote (as travel time also becomes a factor)).
