This course will give you a good, solid, all-round foundation to start your Reiki path with self-practice, Reiki techniques, meditation, how to offer a Reiki treatment to friends, family members and more.
Receive 4 attunements to Reiki energy, over this full 2-day course, with Ema Melanaphy - a qualified, UK Reiki Federation Master Teacher, with a double master-lineage along Eastern and Western branches. You'll also receive your own ReikiEma manual to help you during and after your Reiki 1 course; and a copy of ReikiEma's Reiki Workbook, with useful practical and reflective exercises and a daily journal, to help you in your day to day Reiki developmental path; for the first month, and beyond.
