This involves deft, delicate, mindful movements, moving in straight lines across the entirety of your face. For many people, this is so relaxing and meditative a process that, if they haven't yet drifted off to sleep, they often will do at this point. In fact it can feel like an effort not to snooze for this part of the treatment, so why not surrender and benefit from a deeply restorative sleep, and let me take care of lifting, smoothing and toning your facial muscles - showing them where they're meant to be! I'll then use a gentle manual lymphatic drainage technique to pump away any toxins already present, and to clear space for facial toxins released during the treatment, to drain away from the face.
