Returns Policy: If the item you ordered arrives damaged, or different from the description, please contact reikiema.therapy@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the item, so that we can arrange the return and replacement or refund of the damaged or defective item. If you wish to return an item which is in perfect condition (unused, in its original packaging etc) you have 14 days from the date it is delivered to you, in which to send it back to us, at your own expense. Please contact us immediately if this is the case, at: reikiema.therapy@gmail.com After we have received the item, we will refund the cost of the item itself, minus postage and packing costs, to the account it came from, within 14 days of our receiving it. In case of complaints, issues or queries in regards our shop or an item you have ordered, or wish to see, please contact us at reikiema.therapy@gmail.com, including the order number (if applicable), date of order and any additional information.
