Reiki 1

Learn all about Reiki, receive 4 attunements to Reiki 1, practice energy work techniques and discover how you can use your new Reiki abilities in your daily life. This course will give you a good balance of practical, theoretical and experiential exercises, guided by Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner, Ema Melanaphy. You will receive a Reiki 1 manual, a Reiki 1 Workbook including journal & journal prompts, your Reiki lineage back to Mikao Usui (Reiki's founder), and your Reiki 1 certificate - meaning that you can join the UK Reiki Federation, as a Student Member. Drinks/snacks are also provided on the day.
